Remote Control: If the support team requires remote control access to your computer, Download and Run the Goverlan Reach Client below.
Click Start Support Session to generate the unique access code. Provide the support team member the 9-digit access code to begin the remote connection.
Remote control is provided via Goverlan Reach. During the session, the Baker McKenzie technician could be able to fully control your computer for purpose of support. Once you close the support session, the technician will no longer be able to control or see your computer.
